How does it work?
Step 1

Based on the type of contract we will assign an attorney with domain knowledge and experience to carefully and thoroughly review your contract.
Step 3
You will receive a written explanation of the contract generally, an analysis of notable provisions, and answers to any specific questions you submit. You have the opportunity to do a video conference with your attorney to discuss further.

Absolutely not – all engagements with Doric Legal are on a fixed-fee basis only, unless you reach out to us and tell us you’d like to do otherwise. If you’d like to hire your attorney after your initial contract your review for general legal counsel on an hourly basis, however, you are welcome to do so.
