1. Trademark Clearance Search in the relevant jurisdiction for the purposes of identifying potentially conflicting registered trademarks that predate the Client’s chosen mark
2. A free second search if there’s an issue with Client’s first choice
3. Preparation and filing of federal trademark application with the USPTO
4. Post-filing alerts via email if the USPTO needs any more information
5. Waived application fee for a second trademark registration if Client’s first application is rejected. Client’s application is rejected only if the USPTO issues a final refusal. Limit one waived service fee for a different mark per order.  The waiver is for Firm’s fees only and does not include government filing fees.
6. Attorney calls during the trademark registration process to confer on any issues that might arise
